  • PRE-ORDERS allow 3 weeks after pre order deadline for orders to be processed and shipped once inventory arrivesΒ 

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
